WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING
As part of our commitment to empowering communities, we work with returning citizens to provide resources and opportunities for employment. Our goal is to support successful reintegration and reduce recidivism through meaningful employment.
P.O.D. works actively with business owners, entrepreneurs and corporations to provide meaningful resources and opportunities of employment for returning citizens.
We encourage the engagement of possibilities through our Community involvement events such as our Networking Pop- Up shops, Community Service activities, Family reunification events as well as skill building and resource workshops.
By partnering with all of the community organizations that are driven in the same direction, this allows us the opportunity to approach the issue of Recidivism in a holistic manner. Join us as we work to expand this network for Greatness.
