Christopher Willars (above left) and Rashad Stanley, also known as Atlanta Santana (above right), stand as powerful testaments to the impact of a Second Chance. Seizing the opportunities before them, both men have charted purposeful paths toward success—journeys that not only inspire but also merit recognition and respect.

P.O.D. is dedicated to empowering justice-involved individuals as they pursue positive and purposeful endeavors. Our team actively partners with organizations and communities that champion the success of returning citizens, fostering opportunities for growth and reintegration.

We honor the achievements of returning citizens while working to expand pathways that promote long-term success, stability, and community impact.

Positive Outreach Development (POD) is dedicated to working directly with the incarcerated population, delivering vital resources and guidance to support a smooth transition back into society. Through dynamic motivational and educational seminars, POD instills hope, equips returning citizens with practical tools, and empowers them with the knowledge necessary to achieve successful reentry—rebuilding not only their own lives but also strengthening the communities they return to.

Programs such as POD (Positive Outreach Development) strategically employ “Credible Messengers”—individuals whose lived experiences mirror those of current participants—to deliver authentic encouragement and guidance. Often formerly incarcerated, these messengers possess a unique ability to connect on a deeper level, fostering trust through shared backgrounds and real-life insight. Their consistent, relatable communication ensures that participants not only hear the message but internalize it, making the support more meaningful and transformative. By leveraging credibility born from experience, this model amplifies motivation, strengthens trust, and drives lasting impact.

Michael Wolfolk stands as a powerful testament to faith and redemption. Wrongfully sentenced to life without the possibility of parole, he was fully exonerated and declared not guilty after enduring 19 years of incarceration.

Through unwavering determination to prove his innocence—while maintaining a positive mindset—Michael has emerged as one of POD’s L.E.A.D.S. (Leading Examples Achieving Daily Success).

Today, his outreach drives meaningful change in communities through gun violence prevention initiatives, awareness campaigns, and programs focused on emotional intelligence and behavioral development. His journey exemplifies resilience, leadership, and the transformative power of positivity.

The Positive Outreach Development has the fortune of working with individuals like Mr. Bilal "Profit"Jackson.

This young man is the ultimate example of resilience and persistence.

Overcoming a extreme prison sentence that would have kept him in prison for 55years, he made it his duty to continue fighting until his case was overturned and freedom was restored.

He is now a leading inspiration and mentor to the youth population.

His delivery comes with a frequency that is receptive and embraced by the younger generation.

July 20th , 2024 The POSITIVE OUTREACH DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY inc. Made a Powerful and Positive statement to the Community.  This is an example of how We as the community can have healthy interactions with Law Enforcement.  Thank you to the Clayton County Sheriff's Department,  Sheriff L. Allen and Sgt. J. Lin for allowing us to serve you for the day!

Mr. Octavious “Big Play” Holiday embodies the true meaning of a Second Chance.

Having overcome the challenges of incarceration, he has emerged as a respected political force and a steadfast advocate for meaningful reform.

With an unwavering commitment to positive change, Mr. Holiday fully embraces the mission of POD and the responsibility that comes with leading such a monumental movement.

It is now our collective duty to support, amplify, and strengthen his efforts as he continues to pave the way for transformation.

When it's time to make a "Big Play" for the community,  you have to be able to call upon the Playmakers to get the job done.

On June 4th 2024, Mr. Octavious Holiday stepped up to the plate at the Ga. Board of Pardons and Parole quarterly  meeting to be heard on a number of topics.

But the main objective was to Express gratitude to The Board for being afforded the opportunity to do the best with his second chance also commending them for the excellent work they do. POD is Willing to assist with the ongoing efforts to Reduce Recidivism through Evidence Based Practices while maintaining an elaborate network of meaningful resources and opportunities. The idea of Partnering with other organizations to bring a holistic solution to our community needs is PODS approach.

This is what a Second Chance looks like!
